Prezza, Sel de la Terre, Darryl’s Corner Bar, and Trade were some of the restaurants that fed the philanthropic crowd at Thursday night’s Good Party. The celebration benefited Goodwill programs and was hosted at the organization’s headquarters on Harrison Avenue in the South End. Celebrity party planner Bryan Rafanelli ran the gala, and Colette Phillips of Colette Phillips Communications, served as emcee. Honorary chairs for the night were Senator Scott Brown, Senator John Kerry, Governor Deval Patrick, Boston Mayor Thomas M. Menino, and Channel 5’s Karen Holmes Ward. (Sadly, none of the honorary chairs were expected to attend because of scheduling conflicts.) Rafanelli called the night a “Bubble-Q” because barbecue treats were paired with champagne.
